Returns & Withdrawal

This page explains how to return goods bought on arduiner.com. It is part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. In case of discrepancy the Italian version prevails, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

1. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a natural person buying for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods delivered separately, the period runs from the delivery of the last item.

2. How to withdraw

Inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent before the withdrawal period expires:

• by email to info@arduiner.com;
• by registered letter with return receipt to Together Team S.r.l., Via Giuseppe Verdi 82/50T, 87036 Rende (CS), Italy;
• or through the return request in your account on arduiner.com.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to. Please include your order number.

3. Returning the goods

Send the goods back to Together Team S.r.l., Via Giuseppe Verdi 82/50T, 87036 Rende (CS), Italy, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day you told us about your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you, whatever the country you ship from. We recommend a tracked service. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories and documentation. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods; that amount may be deducted from the refund.

4. Refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (not any extra cost if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard one), within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. We use the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the refund.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sealed software and sealed audio or video recordings that have been unsealed after delivery;
• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

6. Returns from outside Italy

From the European Union: the same rules apply as for Italy. You pay the return shipping; we refund the price and the standard outbound delivery cost.

From outside the European Union: you pay the return shipping and any export or import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Please mark the parcel as a return of goods and contact us before shipping, so that we can give you the customs details. Duties and taxes you paid in your own country when you received the goods are not refunded by us; you may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority.

7. Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, this is not a withdrawal: the legal guarantee of conformity applies (24 months for consumers, 12 months for purchases with a VAT number). Contact us at info@arduiner.com and we will tell you how to proceed with repair, replacement or refund.

8. Complaints

For any problem please write to info@arduiner.com. Consumers may also use the out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) procedures available under the Italian Consumer Code.
