Description

Tutorial: How to use F10 10mm Blue LED Diodes. These 10mm blue LED diodes are ideal for lighting and signaling projects. Useful for beginners and intermediates. What you need: F10 10mm Blue LED Diodes, Arduino Resistor Power Supply Steps: 1. Check the datasheet for diode specifications (voltage, current). 2. Connect the resistor between VCC and the Arduino output pin. 3. Connect the LED diode with the resistor to the output pin. 4. Connect the cathode (shorter leg) of the diode to the output pin. 5. Connect the anode (longer leg) of the diode to the resistor. 6. Connect the resistor to GND. 7. Upload the following example code to the Arduino. 8. Power on the Arduino and check that the LED lights up. Example code: “`void loop() { digitalWrite(13, HIGH); delay(1000); digitalWrite(13, LOW); delay(1000);} “` Mini-project: Create an emergency signal with an LED diode and a button to turn off the lighting. Common errors: Connecting the diode without a resistor can damage it. Using incompatible power supply voltages. Setting the correct delay duration to avoid overload. Not checking the specifications on the datasheet. Recommended accessories: Button Variable Resistor Test Cable
