Description

5V Timer Alarm Module with Buzzer

Application: This module can trigger various alarms, such as vibration alarm delays, earthquake alarms, and can be used with normally closed sensors, vibrational switches, etc. that activate when a momentary switch is pressed. The module starts the timer, the green LED lights up, the buzzer sounds, and the alarm ends when the LED turns off, interrupting the acoustic alarm signal.

Features:
1. Made with high-quality imported chip design, performance far exceeds the 555 chip;
2. Four types of power input wiring options to meet different delivery needs; please contact us if there are other requirements;
3. Inverted power protection diode, providing effective product protection;
4. Equipped with a 5V buzzer for active alarm role;
5. Has an adjustable delay potentiometer for longer time settings.

Technical Parameters:
Input Voltage: DC 5V Input Current: Over 100 mA
Power Consumption: 0.5 W
Default Delay Time: 1-190 seconds adjustable (other ranges please contact seller for ordering)

Product Description: Refer to the provided product wiring diagram.

Tutorial: How to Use the 5V Timer Alarm Module with Buzzer
This 5V module allows you to program timers and sound alarms. Useful for projects requiring a timer or an acoustic signal.
What You Need:
Arduino
5V Power Cable
5V Battery or Power Supply
Buzzer
1kΩ Resistor
Steps:
1. Connect the 5V power to the module.
2. Connect the buzzer to pin 9 on the module.
3. Connect the 1kΩ resistor between pin 9 and GND.
4. Upload the code to Arduino.
5. Set the timer in the code.
6. Upload the code to the microcontroller.
7. Wait for the alarm to sound.
8. Refer to the datasheet for further settings.
Example Code:
“`int buzzerPin = 9;
void setup() {
pinMode(buzzerPin, OUTPUT);
}
void loop() {
tone(buzzerPin, 1000, 1000);
delay(1000);
noTone(buzzerPin);
delay(1000);
}“`
