Marspower MX2212 920KV CW Brushless Motors

Description

The Marspower MX2212 920KV CW brushless motor is an electric motor without brushes designed for drone use. The MX2212 indicates the dimensions, and the KV (920) represents the speed of rotation per volt. CW indicates clockwise rotation.

Features:
Type: Brushless
Dimensions: MX2212
KV: 920
Rotation: CW (clockwise)

What it’s used for:
Ideal for F450 and F550 drone models, this brushless motor offers stable and precise performance. Suitable for beginners and intermediate pilots. For example, you can build an F450 drone with 14×4.5 propellers and 3S batteries.

Tutorial: How to Use MX2212
This brushless motor MX2212 920KV is ideal for building F450 and F550 drone models. Useful for beginners and intermediates, it facilitates stable and precise flying.

What it needs:
Brushless Motor MX2212 920KV
Voltage Regulator (ESC)
Battery Cells
Drone Frame
Compatible Propellers
Steps:
1. Check the compatibility of the battery cells with the motor power (refer to the datasheet).
2. Mount the motor on the drone frame, ensuring it is well centered.
3. Connect the motor to the ESC, ensuring correct polarity.
4. Mount the propellers in a clockwise (CW) direction.
5. Set the maximum ESC voltage to 12V.
6. Connect the ESC to your RC control system.
7. Test the motor with an RC simulator to ensure it works correctly.
8. Mount the motor on the drone and test the flight stability.

Mini-project: Build an F450 drone with the MX2212 motor and 14×4.5 propellers. Set the battery cells to 3S and test the flight for 10 minutes.

Common errors:
Connecting the motor to excessive voltage.
Mounting the propellers in a counterclockwise direction.
Omitting ESC configuration.
Ignoring flight stability tests.
