HY-280TFT module is a 2.8″ TFT LCD module with SD card and touch screen. 320x 240 resolution with 256K colors.
The LCD has a wide viewing angle , the contrast is also very suitable. The Screen use the ILI9325DS controller, it’s 8bit data interface , easy to drive by many MCU like STM32 ,AVR and 8051.
HY-280TFT is designed with a touch controller in it . The touch IC is XPT_2046. HY-280TFT with a SD card slot for storge function expansion.
